WDI Reports or Termite Reports are termite inspection reports required for many home loans. These reports are filed on a standard NPMA-33 WDI Inspection Form and are valid for FHA, VA, and Conventional loans as well as being a documented report of the findings of a termite inspection. When buying a property, these reports are recommended even if you do not have a lender or your lender does not require a report.
Thorough Inspection! - We do our best to give you the most thorough visual inspection possible and base our recommendations on our experience and current NPMA standards. We inspect all readily accessible areas of your home including crawlspaces, basements, garages, sheds, and outbuildings. Termites do significant damage, but over a long period of time. Many times the damage will be behind finished walls and ceilings, and the evidence of a wood destroying oranisms such as termites or carpenter ants may be hidden, but an experienced inspector will be able to detect evidence of wood destroying insects, that an inexperienced person would not notice.
